- Ordering & Collections
- All orders are to be collected from Eric Twigg Foods Ltd. 33-43 Aldwarke Road, Parkgate, Rotherham S62 6BZ.
- Please come to reception at the front left of our premises.
- Select the required collection date at the checkout - this will be shown after you have entered your address details/created an account.
- Payment can be made by Paypal, Debit or Credit card through the Paypal link or Bank Transfer. Bank transfers should be paid on the day of your order date - bank details will be given at the checkout.
- Collections are Tuesdays & Fridays only between 8am & 4pm.
- Orders can only be collected on the date selected at the checkout.
- There is no minimum order amount.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you discover a product is faulty or damaged, we will gladly refund or replace it. Please advise us on collection of your goods. It is your responsibility to maintain the frozen product temperature after collection.

- All specification sheets are the ones currently held on our BRCGS certification system, which are regularly updated by our suppliers. To be safe, please check the packaging upon delivery for the allergens (printed in bold text within the ingredients) before consumption. We cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the manufacturer on the current information displayed within our website.
