Cook from Frozen Oven Cook : Remove from packaging - place onto oven tray, cook at 140°C for 10 minutes finish at 180°C for a further 25 minutes. Product can also be reheated in a water bath for 45 minutes or microwave for 7 minutes Ensure product has reached a core temperature of 82°C before consumption.
