Ordering, Shipping & Delivery
We will deliver one day a week during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please select the date required at checkout.
Orders must be placed by 4pm the day before the delivery date required. 
Deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm on your selected delivery day.
Orders of £30.00 and over will be delivered free of charge. Orders under £30.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.95.
More dates will be added as we receive further instructions through the government updates regarding lockdown.
Deliveries are initially to the Rotherham area only (postcodes S60, S61, S62, S63, S64, S65 & S66). If you fall out of this delivery zone, please feel free to message us through our Contact Us page and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Returns & Replacements
If you discover a product is faulty or damaged, we will gladly refund or replace it. Please advise of this within 12 hours of receiving your goods through our Contact Us page. Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we cannot return items that are no longer required after ordering.

All specification sheets are the ones currently held on our BRC accreditation system, which are regularly updated by our suppliers. To be safe, please check the packaging upon delivery for the allergens (printed in bold text within the ingredients) before consumption. We cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the manufacturer on the current information displayed within our website.
