Cooking Instructions

For best results cook from frozen. All appliances vary so the following are guidelines only:- 

Oven Bake: Place on a baking tray. Heat in centre of a pre-heated oven 200°C Gas Mark 6 for 18- 20 minutes, turning half way through cooking.

Deep Fry: Fry in hot oil 180°C  for 6 - 7 minutes, drain well before serving.
